About District 5

Welcome to District 5!

AAF District 5 – where creativity, collaboration, and innovation converge to shape the future of advertising and marketing. We are a dynamic community of professionals, enthusiasts, and visionaries who are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the industry.

As an integral part of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), District 5 encompasses a diverse range of talents across Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia and we’re united by our passion for all things advertising.

Our Mission

At AAF District 5, our mission is clear: to foster excellence in advertising and elevate the standards of our industry. Through our affiliated district clubs, we provide a platform for individuals and organizations to connect, learn, and thrive. Through those local events, conferences, and networking opportunities, we aim to empower our members to stay at the forefront of industry trends, technological advancements, and creative breakthroughs.


Central Region

The AAF Central Region represents nearly 12,000 AAF members within five districts (Districts 5, 6, 8, 9and 10), 60+ local ad clubs, which encompass 18 states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
